The research explores the impact of targeted education on preparing nurses and faculty to navigate complex situations involving institutional policies, professional responsibilities, and healthcare and academic environments.
Bridging the Gap: Implementing the R.E.A.L. Nurse Transition Model™ to Enhance Clinical Judgment and Workforce Readiness in Final-Semester Nursing Students
This research examines the implementation of the R.E.A.L. Nurse Transition Model™, developed by Dr. Doctor to address the gap between nursing education and professional practice. The study evaluates the model's impact on clinical judgment, confidence, workforce readiness, and preparation for transition into professional nursing practice among final-semester nursing students.
